Santa Monica native, Art Arce’s passion for barbering and dedication to customer service have been the foundation for his two established businesses in the City of Santa Monica, Pacific Barber Shop and Oeste on Main Shave Parlor. Overcoming adversities and obstacles, Art Arce has maintained focus and the drive to succeed becoming a positive force in his community.
